Murtfeldt product turners
Opting for one of our Murtfeldt product turners gives you maximum flexibility when designing your production plant. Rather than mass producing turners, we develop and design them in close consultation with you.
We have you covered, regardless whether its jars, cans, or folding boxes that need to be turned. However, the format of the items to be turned, e.g. bulbous, oval, cube-shaped, or asymmetrical, determines the size of the turner and the design of its interior.
We will work with you to create the perfect turner, ensuring it is precisely tailored to your needs!
Possible uses for Murtfeldt product turners
There are virtually no limits to what a turner can be used for. They are an integral part of the production process in near to all areas where individual goods are produced, processed and packaged. Product turners play a key role in emptying, cleaning, filling, measuring and testing, printing and many other production steps.
One of the great things about Murtfeldt turners is that design and production isn’t limited by turning angles and directions. Murtfeldt’s design engineers can work on any turning angle, even beyond 45 degrees, 90 degrees and 180 degrees. Any limits that do exist are down to the stability or sensitivity of the product to be turned, which can be made from glass, metal, plastic or cardboard.
One thing to keep in mind is that the space needed to turn a product (and consequently the size of the turner) increases with the size of the product, but also with the degree of the turning angle.

Construction and advantages of a Murtfeldt turner
Murtfeldt primarily manufactures block turners and screw turners that consist of only one or two components. The engineering and high-performance plastics we use for these products have been known for their quality for decades. They are produced by machining, which achieves particularly smooth and friction-free surfaces.
