Creating trust according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 We don’t just see quality management as strict quality assurance in relation to our products. For us, quality management also encompasses the personal responsibility of all employees in all areas of the company.

Every product manufactured by Murtfeldt is checked for correctness before it is delivered. Our Quality Assurance team aren't the only ones who ensure that the plastic, quantity, dimensions and tolerances are correct. Each workpiece is subjected to a second check in line with the four-eyes principle.

As part of our employee self-monitoring approach, each employee working in a production centre is responsible for carrying out a quality check after completing an order-related task. The employee in question, and another member responsible for quality control, sign off on the task to confirm it has been carried out correctly.

In the case of particularly technical products, Quality Assurance team members will also carry out an additional complete final inspection with documentation at the request of our customers. The basis for this is a QA system which is certified year by year in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.

This QA system guarantees our customers receive consistently qualified and optimised support and service – from all contact partners and in all areas. This holds true for our consulting and ordering services, for communication with our Inside and Outside Sales teams, for collaborative development of new designs with our Application Technology team, as well as for the handling of complaints.

Our employees receive extensive training in line with DIN ISO specifications and use tried-and-tested practices when providing support. Regular training ensures that they always have the right skills. But there is always room for a personal, individual approach in our interactions.
