The Spann-Box® Type 1 as a belt tensioner is available with various profile shapes: cylindrical, crowned, for flat belts, V-belts according to DIN 2215, or round belts. The optical control indicator signals adjustment needs in a timely manner.
It is offered in three different versions, which primarily differ in the mounting position of the tensioning rollers. The basic construction is identical in all versions. Special and stainless steel versions are available upon request.
Type SR-S: The tensioning roller is mounted on the front side, with optional roller widths of 20, 30, or 40 mm.
