The main advantage of Murdopol® with steel core, a material based on PA12 C, is its excellent suitability for extremely strong plastic-metal joints. This is made possible by the casting process, in which a steel core is encased in plastic. Machining of plastic and metal in a single clamping operation ensures absolutely precise concentricity of gears and rollers.

Murdopol® has very high shock and impact absorption and offers good emergency running properties due to its high wear resistance.
